Summary0000634: Modify driver for COM4: so it can use PIN 19 and 20 of connector J1
DescriptionThis is an alternate way to use COM4. Its the preferred method because we don't have to add/remove resistors.

Additional InformationModify driver for COM4:
* Configure UARTSEL as input with pull-down
* Read UARTSEL
* If UARTSEL = LOW -> Disable RTC0/CTS0 and configure as RxD/TxD
* If UARTSEL = HIGH -> Output RxD/TxD at CAN signals.

 The 4th serial UART driver is now included in image but disabled by default (Flags=4).
In case you want use this UART, you simple have to set Flags to 0, save registry and restart device.
