Summary | 0001264: Only add those platform devices that are configured as dedicated device in U-Boot
Description | All of our boards allow using the dedicated devices as additional GPIOs if the device is not needed. Up to now, the configuration must be done in Linux and a new kernel must be compiled. We want to move this configuration to U-Boot. But then the Linux kernel must detect dynamically which device is configured as dedicated device. Only those devices are added as platform devices and the GPIOs marked as used. All other devices are not added and their pins remain free to be used as GPIOs. Also see 0001263.
