Summary | 0001263: Add command to select between dedicated device and GPIO in U-Boot
Description | All of our boards allow using the dedicated devices as additional GPIOs if the device is not needed. Up to now, the configuration must be done in Linux and a new kernel must be compiled. But this configuration should be a part of U-Boot. So add a command to allow this configuration. Also Linux must be modified to detect the current settings passed from U-Boot and install only those platform devices where the dedicated device is selected. All other pins stay free to be used as GPIOs.
