Summary0005895: Ethernet breaks when both phys are up but only one connected
DescriptionThe Realtek Ethernet Phys on the efusa9xr2 show a misbehaviour where if one is up but not connected with an ethernet cable the other one is unable to use the ethernet properly
Steps To ReproduceStart the Board with only one ethernet cable plugged in and use "udhcpc" to connect the phy with the cable to the network. Test the ethernet (i.E. download a large wget file). set the other phy up with "ifconfig phy0/1 up" and test again. The ethernet will be broken now.
