| Description | When we plugin a PCIe card sometimes it get´s a link and sometimes the link never comes up. It seems like there is either initialize problem or something like that. It sounds like the thread below.

| Steps To Reproduce | If the phy link doesn´t came up let the system boot and wait a few minutes. After that you can press the reset button and the it should work. |
