| Description | Mainline U-Boot has fileaddr and loadaddr. However they are not handled consequently in the same manner. Loading a file via network updates loadaddr, loading a file from a filesystem updates fileaddr. We should have an unambiguous system for this. Idea: loadaddr should tell a place where to load the file to, no matter from what source. This should never be changed by a load command. But after a successful load, variable fileaddr should be updated to the new address accordingly (similar to filesize, that is also updated after loading a file). | ||||
