Summary	0002677: Improve and simplify F&S environment, hide boot strategy variables
Description	When calling printenv, the variables to switch boot strategies clutter up the result. U-Boot allows to hide variables automatically, by prefixing them with a '.' (dot). So change those variable names to start with '.' instead of '_'. The variables can be made visible again with printenv -a Also add an extra setting to the F&S boot system to allow adding some arbitrary command line arguments for the kernel without having to modify any existing variable.
