Summary0002433: After ethernet cable disconnects, driver sometimes hangs with error "eth0: tx queue full!."
DescriptionWhen network traffic is ongoing and the ethernet cable is disconnected and reconnected after a while, sometimes the driver reports "eth0: tx queue full!." in an endless loop and then network communication is not possible anymore and the board is really slow (probably due to the many error messages on the console).
Steps To ReproduceInstall iperf package on Linux PC. Start as

  iperf -s

Add iperf package to Buildroot, build, copy iperf to the board, start with

  iperf -c <server-ip> -P 10

While the communication is running, disconnect the ethernet cable for about 10 seconds and then reconnect. After some tries, the error appears.
