Summary0002183: Support 16-bit Hardware-ECC on Vybrid in Linux
DescriptionThe current 1-bit software ECC that is used in U-Boot and Linux is not sufficient for todays NAND flash devices. We need support for higher ECC and decided to use 16-bit ECC. Add support to use the hardware ECC engine of the Vybrid CPU.
Additional InformationMake sure that UBI does handle this ECC correctly, e.g. it should refresh the block if the ECC error rate grows too high.
