Summary	0001183: Allow setting color depth (bits per pixel) in generic LCD configuration
Description	Add the possibility to set values max_bpp and default_bpp via make menuconfig. This is helpful for large screens to avoid an allocation failure when allocating the framebuffer. See bug 0001169.
