Summary	0000939: Serial driver may hang while receive data before call "CreateFile"
Description	Serial driver may hang while receive data before call "CreateFile". Customer MIM reports the their application hangs in "CreateFile". They continous send data to COM1: and start sending before power on the board.

zutter 2012-04-05 10:22 manager ~0000634	The problem only occures when the serial port is configured as debug port. I test this with all UARTs. I try to reconfigure all registers and GPIOs - without success!!!
