Support for second SPI interface added.
New reg values: IOBaseAddr and ResetPin
IOBaseAddr: Address of SPI controller
ResetPin: Pin number (-> DIO) of Reset pin.
Do NOT set the above reg values for on Board chip.
Name of DLL second CAN must be different !!!!
