| Description | The Push-Pull level shifter U9 has an internal output resistance of approximately 4 kOhm. Combined with the external 4.7 kOhm pull-up resistors, this forms a voltage divider that prevents the affected signals from being pulled down sufficiently. The low level only reaches approximately 1.6 V. | ||||
