Description	Write kernel, PSD and Boot Bitmap via Firmware Driver, if support in Firmware Driver and Nand FMD Driver is available, else use old technique via KernelIOCTL. We have to code Platform/<Board>/src/common/nand and Platform/<Board>/src/drivers/.../ddk_psd too. So in the first step we should implement a mechanism which supports Kernel IOCTLs as long as FMD IOCtls not available.
