| Summary | 0006210: PCoreMX8ULP cannot do thermal shutdown | ||||
| Description | After reaching critical temperature the board cannot perform a thermal shutdown. Instead it keeps spamming following message: [15.491573] reboot: HARDWARE PROTECTION shutdown (Temperature too high). [17.531462] thermal thermal_zone0: cpu-thermal: critical temperature reached, shutting down Also check if downclocking of CPU speed works (no debug message visible) --> it runs too hot in Linux idle. | ||||
