Summary | 0005344: Set signals MDC/MDIO to LOW when no data is transferred.
Description | Set signals MDC/MDIO to LOW when no data is transferred. This is a software imoprovement to work about a bug in efusA9r2 Rev 1.10. In efusA9r2 the voltage level of CPU vs Realtek Phy is not the same. Therefore we output LOW all the time. Only when we communicate over MII, we enable clock and data.
