Summary	0003304: Deactivation of FCR doesn't work correctly.
Description	Driver deactivation doesn't work correctly. Tested on efusA9 with WEC7 V2.40.
Steps To Reproduce	Deactivate the driver with ndcucfg cmd "device deactivate FCR1:".
Additional Information	This exception is comming after deactivation. NDCUCFG V 68 started.
