Summary | 0002647: Display on RGB adapter with PCA9632 LED controller (e.g. on efusA9) quickly switches orientation on boot |
---|
Description | During the boot sequence when the backlight is switched on and the penguins are visible, the display switches orientation for a short period of time (one or two frames) so that the penguins are visible in the lower right corner instead of the upper left corner. Then the correct orientation is restored. |
---|
Steps To Reproduce | Boot with ET070080 display, watch carefully when the display is switched on when the Linux kernel starts. |
---|
Additional Information | The PCA9632 LED driver needs some pins to be set active low. But then the default value must be set as 1 instead of 0. This is not taken care of in the code. Please refer to fsvybrid code, there this behavior is already fixed. |
