Summary	0002478: Audio line out level is too low, 0.4V instead of 2.5V peak-peak
Description	When driving the maximum DAC level (PCM), the output level is still far too low.
Steps To Reproduce	Create audio file with 100% level, e.g. with audacity a 440Hz sine wave. Copy the file to the board. amixer sset PCM 156 aplay test.wav
Additional Information	The sgtl5000 driver uses the wrong maximum DAC level. It allows only to set value 0x60, while the maximum value in the codec would be 0x3C (lower values = louder). In addition the voltages are not properly adjusted to the F&S environment.
