| Description | When the debug port is not in use (console removed from the bootargs in U-Boot and also removed from spawning a getty on in /etc/inittab), the debug port ttySAC1 can be used, but the baud rate can not be changed. It always uses the baud rate configured in U-Boot. |

| Additional Information | There is some special handling of the debug port in drivers/tty/serial/samsung.c for PicoCOM4. This may have been necessary in the past, but it is unnecessary now and should be removed. |
